The forms of payment accepted by Fuoco Aria Acqua are: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), cash, and bank transfer.
Holders of VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS CLUB credit cards can pay simply by sending email: full name, credit card number and expiration date; in this case, the charge will be made only at the time of shipment.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be made only after Fuoco Aria Acqua has received by e.mail confirmation of payment via bank transfer, and a copy is issued by the bank. If confirmation of payment is not received within three days of receipt, the order will be canceled.

SHIPPING
Fuoco Aria Acqua delivers items by courier in Italy and Europe. For other Country “Contact Us “ we address you the contact in the Country where you live.
SHIPMENTS
For every product or service sold Fuoco Aria Acqua will issue an invoice. The invoice will be delivered to the purchaser by the shipper. It is possible to specify a different billing address than the shipping address in the purchase order.
For shipping, Fuoco Aria Acqua uses the service DHL or UPS which collects the goods from the store. All carriers are able to follow the existing customs clearance procedure before the arrival of the goods in order to speed up the passage of goods through Customs.
DELIVERY TIME
- a) Items available
As soon as the order is received, Fuoco Aria Acqua will send a Pro-Forma Order (usually within 12-24 hours) which will indicate the expected delivery date. Then from this date, the delivery of the product will be made between:
ITALY (Basilicata, Sicily and Sardinia): 3-4 days
ITALY (other regions) 2-3 days
EUROPE and EXTRA EU: 3-4 days
UNITED STATES: 5 days
REST OF THE WORLD: 7 days
ASSISTANCE TO RECIPIENT
At the time of delivery to the courier, Fuoco Aria Acqua will receive a code; the code and all relevant shipping information (order reference number, date, weight, etc) will be sent to you immediately by whatsapp or e-mail. The customer can then remain updated and track the current the package. See INFORMATION ON THE SHIPPING.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS ABSENT
SHIPMENTS EXTRA E.U.
The courier will issue an acknowledgment of “non-delivery” at the destination and will provide a second delivery the next day.
If the second delivery attempt does not make contact, the recipient will be contacted by the carrier through telephone or e.mail to make an appointment for delivery.
If the product is not delivered, after an expiration of 5 (five) days from the first delivery attempt, and the recipient has asked for the withdrawal of the product, at the competent headquarters UPS or DHL, the product with will be returned to the sender at no charge of expense.
SHIPMENTS E.U.
The recipient will be contacted by e.mail or telephone by the carrier for a date of delivery. If after the expiration of 5 (five) days, during which the carrier was unable to contact the recipient and the recipient has not provided the withdrawal of the product at the headquarters of the competent carrier, the product will be returned to the sender.
The general delivery is free for the first three days. After the failed elapse of first three days, the general post will imply a daily expenditure for the first three days the following days.
SHIPMENTS IN ITALY

INSURANCE OF GOODS
The goods are fully insured as indicated in the total price of the bill, and the cost of the same is directly calculated in the cost of shipping.
DAMAGES OF GOODS
If the recipient upon delivery of the goods, box, or envelope, finds some damage and the condition of the package is such that they can assume the possibility of damage to the goods contained in the shipment, the recipient must place a reserve on the letter of delivery submitted by the carrier and must immediately notify to Fuoco Aria Acqua via phone or email.
INFORMATION OF THE SHIPMENT
You will receive via phone, whatsapp or e-mail the following information: chosen courier, Tracking Number, date of shipment, weight etc. To get all the real time information about the status of your shipment as well as a complete list of all the branches and locations reached by the transport services used by Fuoco Aria Acqua.
PAYMENT DUTIES
When due, the customs duties will be advanced by the shipper to the customs and will be charged from the buyer upon delivery of the product purchased.
WARRANTY
All items sold by Fuoco Aria Acqua are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on the entire Italian territory. Products found to be defective, will be replaced with the same product, returning it to the company Fuoco Aria Acqua – Via Alcide De Gasperi, 41 – 00165 Roma ITALY – n. Vat 09850600587 at the expense of the customer who will arrange the delivery of goods, agreeing in advance the method of delivery of the goods.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
The accessories are tested one by one before being packaged ensuring there are no manufacturing defects. Just as the products of Fuoco Aria Acqua are exclusive and of high quality, the packages also meet the highest quality standards and are prepared with the utmost care and attention.
Fuoco Aria Acqua, before shipping the goods, performs a second check on every single product.

Repairs are absolutely free as part of the guarantee provided by Fuoco Aria Acqua and will be evaluated case by case.
Fuoco Aria Acqua reserves the right to repair or replace the damaged piece with no charge to the customer or possibly with another similar and of equal value. If the product is to be repaired out of warranty, you will be sent an email with an estimate of time and cost.
Returns for repairs under warranty and out of warranty are sent at the customer’s expense.
The damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or loss is excluded from the warranty.
IMPORTANT: Fuoco Aria Acqua will not accept any return of goods without the written consent of the same.
Free return
YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. This service is completely free. Please contact us for instructions.
The products returned must be new, unused ,and with all tags and accessories present.
REGULATIONS OF LAW ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The decree in question confers the right to cancel the purchase within 10 working days from receipt of goods ordered, by sending to the following address Fuoco Aria Acqua, Gerardo Sannino – Via Alcide De Gasperi,41 – 00165 Roma – ITALY, a notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The withdrawal may be sent within the same period, by telegram, provided it is confirmed by a registered letter with the acknowledgment of receipt within the next 48 hours.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sales related to “goods made to specifications or clearly personalized.”
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the unused goods received at his own expense to Fuoco Aria Acqua – Via Alcide De Gasperi,41 – 00165 Roma -ITALY, within the period of ten working days starting from the date of receipt of the goods and only after obtaining the return authorization code (RAS). The refund will be made by the insured in the free port. We will not accept cash parcels or carriage forwards.
